Colours show the published skiing status or confirmed operating calendar, not whether every lift is running. Check the operator before travel.

Confirmed dates change colours automatically in the place’s local time. Tentative dates, conflicting reports and expired checks remain black.

Scoped community geometry for Kellaria and Fterolaka. Separate Gerontovrachos, unidentified learner infrastructure and three old Hera/Hermes/Heniokos lift alignments are omitted. The inter-area and lower Fterolaka lift gaps remain visible; use the official original and staff instructions for connections. Unidentified ways potentially overlapping yellow ski routes or the neighbouring club are excluded. Grey means no confirmed local colour. Community way segments are not the operator piste or lift inventory, live status or a navigable route.

HOW THE AREA CONNECTS

Understand the sectors.

01

Kellaria 1750–1950

Access: Aphrodite gondola from lower base and parking towards the 1950 hub.

Confirm the exact rental/lesson meeting point; learner areas are distinct from through routes.

02

Upper Kellaria

Access: Bacchus, Hercules, Aeolus, Pericles and Odysseus have different alignments and levels.

Source map, current signs and actual opening govern access; no mountain-summit or touring access is implied.

03

Fterolaka 1640–1850 and upper sector

Access: Hera lower connection, Heniokos and local surface lifts, with separate lower/upper road references.

The Hermes–Heniokos cross-area link needs both installations. Yellow routes and unmarked terrain are outside this guide.

01

Choose Kellaria or Fterolaka before arrival

Kellaria 1750 and the lower 1640/upper 1840–1850 Fterolaka starts have different parking and rental references. Match the booking and drop-off to the exact base. No single location pin establishes a suitable accessible approach.

02

Check every inter-area link

The operator identifies Hermes–Heniokos as the Kellaria/Fterolaka connection. Aphrodite–Bacchus is a separate base-to-upper sequence that can operate independently or together. Confirm the required installations and local signs before changing area; community type tags are partly outdated.

03

Return to the intended base before final boarding

Confirm the last usable descent or gondola for the starting base with staff. The 2022/23 gondola-return times and 2025/26 tariff hours have different scopes, while current date headings retain an older general message. Do not infer a cross-area or last-road transfer from the map.

01 / FIELD OVERVIEW

Know the hill before the first lap.

A practical map-first guide to the Kellaria and Fterolaka alpine network, with source-linked bases, connections and visible edition limits.

Two distinct starting areas with a sourced aerial connection

Three concise base, connection and return cards

Older original map and explicit tariff/status uncertainty

Two connected areas and literal local grades

Parnassos Ski Centre covers Kellaria and Fterolaka on Mount Parnassus in Central Greece. They have distinct road approaches and lower bases; Gerontovrachos is a separate neighbouring area and is outside this guide. Mountain summits, touring and unmarked descents are not interchangeable with the operator’s managed alpine network.

The operator lists 23 slopes including four mini learner slopes, seven ski routes and seven connecting paths, approximately 34 km in total. Its detailed table separates 16,090 m of slopes, 7,225 m of paths and 10,600 m of ski routes. Those source categories and totals are not a community-map segment count. The English live row mistakenly calls number 8 Pericles, while the inventory, Greek page and original identify Hercules.

The linked original’s key calls green Very easy, blue Easy, red Difficult and black Very difficult; yellow denotes ski routes. The web table instead calls the red-labelled runs Medium. Keep both literal wordings. Baby 1, blue 3 Telemachus and red 8 Hercules are selected references only. Ungroomed routes and the exposed Regional 24 are excluded from the community map; their depiction does not grant access. The safety page separately says that real black slopes above a 45% gradient do not exist at the centre; the map-key label is not a claim that such a piste is available.

Starting lifts, inter-area connections and return

The operator describes 17 installations: 13 principal lifts and four learner lifts. These include the Aphrodite and Hera gondolas, the Bacchus/Hermes/Heniokos combi installations, Hercules chair, Aeolus chair and surface lifts. Its current description overrides stale community lift-type tags; an old chair label in OSM is not accepted as the current installation type.

Aphrodite takes passengers from Kellaria 1750 towards Kellaria 1950, and Bacchus can operate independently or in combination onwards towards 2250. The Hermes–Heniokos connection joins the two ski areas. Fterolaka has lower 1640 and upper 1840/1850 references; establish the precise parking, lesson and boarding point before setting off.

The October page headers say closed and show dated current/next-day columns, but the general message retains 20 April and a summer farewell. Displayed 00:00–00:00 is not a useful winter timetable. The 2025/26 price page quotes 08:30–16:00 on high-season days and 09:00–15:00 otherwise; the 2022/23 terms give different weekend starts and older final gondola descents. No 2026/27 first/final ski date or last return is confirmed.

Road approaches, public transport and assisted arrival

Choose Kellaria 1750 or the intended Fterolaka base first. The operator lists approaches through Arachova, Amfiklia and Polydrosos, and road-status rows distinguish the final Kellaria/Fterolaka links. Its generic snow-clearing statement is not proof that the actual road is open. Carry suitable winter equipment and follow current road and staff restrictions; confirm where vehicles can park.

The resort access page names Tithorea railway station and intercity buses towards Amfissa, while its owner overview names Amfikleia/Lilaia. These generic references do not provide a dated winter connection to the lift base. Hellenic Train’s current regional-network page includes replacement-bus sections, including Lianokladi–Tithorea. Check the exact travel date, train/bus mode, skis and final transfer; no 2026/27 resort-bound timetable or fare is accepted.

Hellenic Train lists Tithorea among stations with platform lifts, but wheelchair carriage depends on selected services and prior arrangements; replacement buses are excluded from wheelchair access on its published page. The older resort disability ticket categories and gondola cabins do not establish a continuous accessible approach, chair-ski procedure or suitable transfer. Arrange the full chain with the actual carrier, operator and lesson provider.

Ticket scope, older prices and unavailable current checkout

The Greek and English tariff pages explicitly cover 2025/26. They distinguish skier access, sightseeing, family combinations, age/student/resident eligibility and disability categories; sightseeing excludes Bacchus. Those historical prices, RFID-card terms and hours must not be presented as 2026/27 offers. No current numeric day fare or dated checkout price is accepted.

The linked eparnassos checkout fails hostname certificate verification. The separate footer link reaches an ETAD ticket portal, but reaching a portal alone is not proof of a purchasable Parnassos ski product, valid dates or final contract. Do not bypass the certificate error or infer availability from an old tariff. Confirm the actual product, date, selected lifts and current cancellation/weather terms before buying.

The linked general operating terms are explicitly 2022/23, with pandemic provisions and older season definitions. Their card, loss, closure and refund wording remains historical evidence rather than the current contract. The 2025/26 disability table requires documents and physical-office issue and has distinct companion wording; reconfirm current eligibility and practical boarding individually.

Marked pistes, weather and restricted mountain terrain

The operator warns about dense fog, strong wind, cliffs and avalanches, requires compliance with signs and closures, and says not to enter closed routes or cross closure ropes. Follow staff and the actual open marked network. An operator map, old photograph or community line is not a current hazard assessment or navigation guarantee.

The safety page limits green terrain to learner areas and describes ski routes as intended for experienced skiers with ungroomed snow, with Regional 24 sometimes groomed when conditions allow. This guide’s community map excludes yellow ski routes, unmarked terrain and the separate Gerontovrachos area. The 2022/23 rules prohibit using pistes outside daily operations and permit walking only on staff-designated routes; no general recreational uphill permission is accepted.

The current source publishes emergency telephone +306970088939. The older terms describe helmet use, snow-groomer priority, protected forest and the scope of first-aid support. Treat these as attributed safety planning references and check current instructions; no rescue time, medical availability, transport suitability or insured activity is guaranteed.

Lessons, rentals and base-specific planning

The operator’s rental page identifies Dimitriadis stores at Kellaria 1750, Kellaria 1950 and Fterolaka. Its lesson page lists approved schools and individual instructors and explains their identifying badges. Establish the provider, meeting point, lesson level, equipment fit, price and return location in advance; a store or provider on a webpage does not establish that it is staffed on the travel day.

Information points in the older terms are Kellaria 1750 and Fterolaka 1850, distinct from the upper mountain and neighbouring towns. The current contact page gives +302234022700 and the same emergency number as the safety page. Use the operator’s current channels for a precise lift, return, accessible transfer or equipment question; no lesson availability or adaptive package is accepted from a general claim.
