Service and operator
index.ski is an editorial information service of TS2 Space sp. z o.o. It is free to browse and does not sell lift passes, arrange travel, accept bookings or take payments. There is no visitor account requirement. External purchases and services are contracted directly with the provider.
Sources, dates and uncertainty
Each profile identifies its factual sources and verification dates. Opening hours, piste and lift availability, snow conditions, prices, race programmes and product specifications can change. A dated review does not establish that a slope is open now. Confirm current access with the operator before travel and on the day.
A piste, ski route, touring itinerary and uncontrolled off-piste terrain are different. Local grades are preserved and are not automatically equivalent across countries. Trail counts distinguish documented route rows from a resort-wide advertised inventory. Unknown or conflicting information is stated explicitly.
Mountain safety
Follow the operator rules, closures, patrol directions and locally applicable conduct rules. Weather, wind, visibility, avalanche conditions and rescue access can change quickly. A catalogue map is not a navigational or safety instruction. Uphill skiing is allowed only where current rules expressly permit it. Equipment and bindings must be selected, adjusted and inspected according to manufacturer instructions and competent professional advice.
Editorial independence and submissions
Coverage is based on verifiable facts and relevance. Listing is not a safety certification, commercial endorsement or guarantee of future operation. Manufacturer equipment profiles require a verified dossier and image-rights evidence. No paid placement or affiliate ranking is currently offered.
A contributor must have authority to supply factual corrections and images and must identify the photographer, source and publication licence. Do not submit unnecessary personal or confidential information. Use the contact form or hello@index.ski to submit a correction or enquiry. The form delivers visitor messages to this inbox. We may contact the relevant official source to verify published information, request missing technical or media-rights evidence, and reply about submitted material. A submission is not automatic approval or a promise to publish. Any request for a supporting link is voluntary and never affects factual coverage or eligibility. No listing fee, newsletter subscription or positive product review is implied.
Images and intellectual property
Photographs retain their individual author, source and licence. Archive images are labelled with their actual context and do not prove present snow conditions or a future race layout. Compatible open licences and documented grants are recorded. A disclosed visualization may be used for a place or event only after an unsuccessful legal-photo search.
Third-party trademarks and official place, product and event names identify their respective owners. Reuse of third-party material must follow its stated licence. You may link to catalogue pages; do not remove required image credits or imply endorsement.
Use, availability and complaints
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions or submit unlawful material. Reasonable technical limitations may be applied to protect availability. Include the relevant page URL and enough information to assess the matter.
The service is provided with reasonable editorial care. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Polish law applies to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without removing protections available to consumers in their place of residence. These terms take effect on 27 October 2026.
