Colours show the published skiing status or confirmed operating calendar, not whether every lift is running. Check the operator before travel.
Confirmed dates change colours automatically in the place’s local time. Tentative dates, conflicting reports and expired checks remain black.

HOW THE AREA CONNECTS
Access: Town gondola, with an intermediate Chalin Valog connection when operating.
Lower alpine sector and separate ski-road approach to town; verify opening and the correct gondola boarding point.
Access: Upper gondola base and separate Kolarski/Banderitsa lifts when open.
Mountain services, beginner installations and access to locally graded pistes; Tomba is a separate black run.
Access: Mosta and Shiligarnik connections, with Todorka, Plato and Banderitsa 2 higher up.
Upper alpine terrain with blue, red and black alternatives; each connecting lift has its own last boarding.
Bansko’s valley gondola leads via Chalin Valog to Banderishka Polyana. Confirm the actual departure, tickets and last-mile approach; the location marker is not an accessible entrance.
Banderishka Polyana/Kolarski, Shiligarnik and Todorka/Plato are distinct bases and lift connections. Follow open locally graded routes for your ability; the old Tzarna Mogila line is not an operating connection.
Check whether the ski-road route to town is open and suitable, or descend by the gondola within its actual service. The ski-patrol sweep is not an extra lift departure or permission to ski after closure.

Bansko is an alpine ski area in the Pirin Mountains, with a town gondola connection to Banderishka Polyana and mountain terrain around Shiligarnik, Todorka and Plato. Chalin Valog is a lower sector on the approach from town. These places have different connections and return choices; a line on a map does not mean the whole network is open.
The current operator table distinguishes numbered pistes, lettered connecting branches and two ski roads. Its blue, red and black piste symbols are local grades, while the ski roads use orange symbols. Orange does not become a universal difficulty grade. Three selected references here are blue Kolarski (1), red Balkaniada (4) and black Tomba (9); they are a small searchable selection, not the resort inventory.
The linked original image is undated and its server timestamp is from October 2023. Some details differ from the current table: Tomba (9) has red and black sections on the artwork while the current table marks it black; Chalin Valog 1 has blue/black artwork while the table marks it red. Tzarna Mogila also appears on old artwork, although the current lift table labels its connection to run 14 closed. Preserve these differences and use current signs and patrol advice.
The operator lists the Bansko gondola separately from the six-seat Kolarski and Todorka chairs, four-seat mountain chairs, drag lifts and beginner installations. Panica B’s table row groups additional beginner conveyors and drags, and the listed Tzarna Mogila chair is closed. These mixed rows are not a count of currently operating passenger lifts. The own community map excludes the disused Tzarna Mogila way.
The general winter header gives the gondola as 08:30–17:00 and most ski lifts as 08:45–16:15; Plato has a separate 09:00–16:00 window. The header’s generic Banderitsa 09:00 text and the terms’ specifically named Banderitsa 2 row need checking for the actual installation. The terms give a separate piste-use window and patrol sweep; neither extends the last lift.
The current autumn notice instead specifies weekday ascent at 08:00 and descent at 16:30 for 7 September–30 November 2026. At the check, the status icons showed closed lift and piste rows. Keep the dated transport notice distinct from ski operation and confirm actual service directly. The seasonal-pass period can change with snow, weather or other exceptional conditions.
The operator identifies Sofia as the nearest airport and gives an approximate 150 km Sofia–Bansko distance. Its arrival page mentions regular intercity buses without a dated winter departure table, named carrier itinerary or guaranteed airport connection. Arrange the actual journey and onward trip to the town gondola separately; a town arrival is not mountain boarding.
The BDZ website provides train-search and ticketing entry points, but direct carrier access timed out during this check. No dated winter rail itinerary, connection time or station-to-gondola transfer is verified here. An undated tourism timetable cannot establish the service for your ski day. Check the operating carrier’s outbound and return schedule before booking.
The map marker uses the lower endpoint of the mapped town gondola and is separate from an entrance, ski start or parking bay. Current parking charges, mountain-road restrictions and shuttle arrangements are unconfirmed. Ask the operator and carrier about accessible vehicle space, boarding assistance, equipment, surfaces, toilets and the final return. No complete step-free transfer chain is established.
The live English and Bulgarian tariff pages now show the 2026/27 promotional seasonal pass: EUR 870 adult, EUR 820 for the listed student/pupil/pensioner category, EUR 460 for ages 7–11.99 and EUR 55 for the youngest/oldest listed category. The purchase window is 1 October–1 December 2026 inclusive. These are season products, not day or week prices. Current forthcoming daily and multi-day ski fares are not established.
The stated winter period is 1 December 2026–11 April 2027 inclusive, expressly subject to weather, snow and exceptional changes. Year-round membership products have separate conditions. The offer includes a winter gondola fast-access corridor and states mountain insurance is included; check its actual coverage rather than infer unrestricted rescue cover.
The general terms distinguish a gondola return ticket, ski passes and beginner-lift products. Confirm exact area, collection, reusable card/deposit, age documentation, companion rules, refunds and any restrictions before payment. Older BGN deposit and disability-concession wording is not a current euro quote or proof that the physical lift journey suits an individual passenger.
Follow the operator’s marked pistes, closure barriers, patrol and lift staff. The rules prohibit skiing closed pistes and skiing outside operating hours. They restrict pedestrian and sledge use of pistes; a general edge-of-piste conduct rule does not establish a designated uphill corridor. No current blanket touring, uphill or off-piste permission is verified. This guide provides no approved backcountry itinerary.
The operator can close terrain for weather, avalanche risk, grooming, training or events. Grooming starts after the ski day under the general terms; do not treat a lit ski road, a map line or the final patrol sweep as permission for an evening descent. Check the actual valley route and last gondola while return choices remain available.
For an emergency use 112. The operator also lists mountain rescue at +359 887 100 241. Give your actual piste, sector and location to rescuers and alert nearby staff. The pass’s insurance statement does not establish every exclusion, off-piste cover or outside-hours rescue entitlement. Check current mountain conditions separately from this planning map.
Ulen’s rental rules name locations at the gondola valley station, Banderishka Polyana and the Elite rental in Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko. Qualified staff fit and adjust the equipment; the terms require any further binding adjustment to go through the rental staff. Confirm the exact size, equipment, collection point, date and current price. An old price page or an archive photograph does not prove availability.
The operator describes individual and group ski/snowboard tuition and separate junior/First Run products. Inclusions vary: its First Run description excludes the lift pass. Establish the lesson meeting point, ability group, language, lift access and cancellation terms for the booked product. No adaptive lesson programme or step-free meeting point has been verified.
