The organiser links maps explicitly labelled 2027. The course sheet shows a 25 km loop with kilometre markers, an elevation profile and refreshment/medical symbols at 6.5, 14.3, 20 and 25 km. The arena map marks the second-lap lane, start/finish, baggage, toilets, participant parking and ambulance. These are planning documents, not proof of final snow, access or deployed services.
The participant page gives a maximum of six hours for 50 km and 25 km, requiring completion before 16:00. The dated programme and homepage say 16:05 closing. Do not treat the extra five minutes as permission to continue. Obtain the final cut-offs; officials may change limits in severe weather.
The same map page links an ambulance-deployment image explicitly labelled 2026. It is not accepted as the final 2027 emergency plan. Keep the route and access maps separate from the general city marker and follow race staff at the venue.
Elite and open-class starts are listed. The reviewed participant page does not establish a minimum age for each distance; the 2027 waiver contains an over-18 declaration. Confirm eligibility, insurance and the correct entry category with the organiser before paying. A shorter race does not establish suitability for an inexperienced skier.

Main 50 km, separate 25 km and 1.5 km entries. The registration page lists insurance, park admission, bib, chip, bus service, medal and refreshments for the longer races; confirm the exact included transfers and insurance cover.. Checked on 28 October 2026: advertised entry is CNY 750 for 50 km, CNY 490 for 25 km and CNY 150 for 1.5 km. The linked form asks for return by 20 December in Chinese but does not state the year in that instruction and retains older examples. Entry is personal and non-transferable. This is the UN geographical-names reference for Changchun, not the race entrance, hotel, start or parking. The event takes place in Jingyuetan park outside the city centre. Use the official 2027 course and arena maps and confirm the actual transfer meeting point.
The homepage gives 08:10 for the race-day hotel-to-arena bus; the detailed 2027 programme gives 08:30. Confirm your actual hotel, meeting point, departure and return with the organiser. The generic bus inclusion does not prove access from every accommodation or availability for spectators.
The organiser describes travel packages and routes to Changchun, but no individual 2027 carrier booking or accessible race-day transfer has been verified. Confirm current rail/flight schedules, ski baggage, park entry, parking and the last mile. Check personal entry requirements with the relevant authorities; a package’s visa list is not an immigration decision.
