The organiser’s English and Swedish 2027 pages and its 2 November 2026 winter-week announcement agree on the date, distance and direction. The route uses the Vasaloppet corridor through Hökberg and Eldris to Mora. Times are local Europe/Stockholm, CET (UTC+01:00). Choose a start group and prepare for sustained skiing and descents; this is a managed endurance race, not a guided tour.
The organiser’s current 2027 race page supports Oxberg–Hökberg–Eldris–Mora and 30 km and links an operator-hosted PDF from a December 2025 upload directory. Unconfirmed: the artwork’s printed edition, final surveyed 2027 alignment, exact station distances and any replacement course. No organiser artwork or route line is fetched, copied or embedded; use current official instructions.

Women’s race from the calendar year of turning 11, with leisure participation from age 11 and competition from 17. Competition has senior D21 and junior D17–20 classes. Classic technique is required; this is separate from the men’s Pro Race 30 on 28 February and the main 90 km Vasaloppet on 7 March.

Hökberg and Eldris cutoff times
The current race page lists Hökberg at 13:45 and Eldris at 16:00, with departure required within 10 minutes. Late arrivals must stop and are offered transport to Mora. Race entry; bookable race-transfer buses are separate from the free finish-to-shower shuttle described by the organiser.. At the 3 November 2026 check, the adult tier from the year of turning 17 was SEK 1,310 for 11 September–5 November; the next tier is SEK 1,360 for 6 November–24 February 2027. The published youth fee under 17 is SEK 395. Conflicting sources: the final SEK 1,610 tariff range ends on 7 March, after Tjejvasan’s 27 February race; this does not establish late-entry availability. The currently linked general terms, updated 7 August 2024 and displayed in Swedish even on the English URL, describe binding nonrefundable registration, no personal-deferral rollover and separate transfer rules. They state a 50% entry refund for winter cancellation due to insufficient snow, extreme cold or certain weather, with different provisions for other cancellation causes. The rounded point refers to the shared Vasaloppet finish portal in Mora, using Worldloppet’s published finish coordinates. Tjejvasan starts in Oxberg, not here. This is not a surveyed 2027 entrance, start pen, parking allocation or accessible drop-off; use the organiser’s final directions.
The start is in Oxberg and the finish in Mora. The organiser recommends its race buses, but says booking opens in late November 2026. Unconfirmed: 2027 bus fares, departure times, seat capacity, boarding locations, luggage limits, accessible vehicles and the last complete return. Arrange both directions before travelling; the finish-to-shower shuttle is not a return to Oxberg.
The race page describes bib/chip collection in Mora or Sälen beforehand and uncollected packs at Oxberg on race day. Its separate hours page says 2027 race-office and collection hours will be published at the end of January. Unconfirmed: exact collection deadlines, opening times and the final check-in arrangement for your wave.
The organiser describes a free shuttle to showers at Prästholmens IP, bag transport and ski deposit. Unconfirmed: final 2027 service hours, baggage conditions, step-free transfers, accessible toilets, spectator access, parking and reserved assistance. Agree individual needs directly; a general service description does not establish a complete assisted journey.
