01 / EVENT OVERVIEW
What defines this edition.
The current 2027 price table pairs 30/60 km on 5 April, 25/50 km on 7 April and 40/80 km on 9 April. The organiser describes routes through West Lapland’s forests, lakes and open fells, finishing at Olos. This is an endurance cross-country event, not downhill resort access or a guided recreational outing. Dates use Europe/Helsinki, EEST (UTC+03:00) during this edition.
The current price table fixes 2027 distances and dates, while the descriptive route pages retain 2026 logistics. Monday’s outline returns to Olos; Wednesday’s half starts at Pallas and the full-start naming differs; Friday’s outlines run from Kerässieppi or Hetta via Pallas to Olos. Unconfirmed: final 2027 surveyed alignment, measured distance, lake access, course signage and any route substitution. No course line is reproduced.
The organiser’s service table describes approximate distances and drinks/food at named stops; its separate map landing links an older undated plan. Historical: these materials are background planning references, not a verified 2027 map, station inventory, dietary guarantee or safety deployment. No operator artwork is copied or embedded. Confirm current service locations, provisions and personal needs with the organiser.
Historical: Simo Räsänen (Ximonic) photographed Olostunturi in February 2009. This genuine host-area photograph does not show Lapponia, a 2027 race course or present snow and access. Original JPEG retained unchanged; responsive display crops under CC BY-SA 3.0.
The organiser offers individual ski days or a three-race week, with half distances of 30, 25 and 40 km and full distances of 60, 50 and 80 km. Its route introduction allows classic and freestyle skiing; the full-week competition description specifies free technique. Choose a distance that matches your endurance and downhill control. Unconfirmed: final 2027 age and birth-year categories, team composition, seeding and technique classifications are not reconciled by the mixed-edition pages.
02 / PUBLISHED PROGRAMME
The published timetable.
Monday, April 5, 2027
Monday · 30 km or 60 km
The 2027 table confirms the two distances. The published route outline describes Half Keimiö as Olos–Jeris–Olos and Keimiön Kiekerö as the longer Keimiötunturi loop returning to Olos. Unconfirmed: the final 2027 alignment, start waves and check-in deadline; retained 12:00/10:30 starts belong to 2026.Wednesday, April 7, 2027
Wednesday · 25 km or 50 km
The 2027 table confirms both distances and lists paid outbound buses from Olos to Pallas for 25 km and Vuontispirtti for 50 km. Conflicting sources: route descriptions call the 50 km start Vuontisjärvi, while the current transfer table says Vuontispirtti. Confirm the precise meeting point; do not navigate to either as an established 2027 start.Friday, April 9, 2027
Friday · 40 km or 80 km
The 2027 table confirms both distances, with outbound buses to Kerässieppi for 40 km and Hetta for 80 km. Published route outlines return via Pallas to Olos. Unconfirmed: final course, lake crossing, bus departures, waves and finish cutoff; the detailed 09:00/12:30 starts and 18:00 finish are from 2026.03 / TICKETS & BROADCAST

All three half races cost EUR 153 and all full races EUR 184 in that tier; later tiers rise. The price page says timing/results and soup lunch in Olos are included. Its 2027 buses cost EUR 30 to Vuontispirtti or Hetta and EUR 20 to Pallas or Kerässieppi. Historical: the registration page retains a 2025 paragraph and older cancellation/change wording despite its 2027 link. The approximate point refers to the Olos hotel area at the organiser’s published address, Oloshotellintie 25, 99300 Muonio. Independently published hotel-address coordinates are rounded for this planning reference. It is not an exact 2027 start, check-in desk, parking allocation, charging-space reservation or accessible entrance. Use the final event directions.
The organiser places the race hub at Olos, Muonio, with its postal address at Oloshotellintie 25. Its arrival page recommends checking rail connections through Kolari or Rovaniemi with VR and onward buses with Matkahuolto. Confirm your exact date, stop, luggage and both directions; an old journey estimate or transfer telephone number is not a current reservation.
The current 2027 transfer table lists buses to the Wednesday and Friday starts from the front of Olos’s Log Restaurant. It gives prices and dates but no departure clock times. Unconfirmed: 2027 reporting times, loading position, seat availability, baggage handling and accessibility. The buses are outbound race transfers, not a promised public return service.
Unconfirmed: the last suitable onward bus, complete post-finish return, withdrawal pickup and late finish arrangements are not established. Plan accommodation or a confirmed transfer with enough margin; do not use the historical 18:00 finish limit as a 2027 transport connection.
Unconfirmed: 2027 spectator admission, viewing zones, parking allocation, road restrictions, step-free approaches, accessible toilets and individual assistance are not established. Ask before travelling and keep spectators clear of marked tracks, road crossings and lake sections.
