Plan the two-day cross-country race weekend in East Tyrol: distance and technique choices, entry tiers, bib collection and the remaining course and travel questions. All programme times are local: Europe/Vienna, CET, UTC+01:00. Historical: the photograph shows Obertilliach village in 2010, rather than the race venue or current conditions.
Unconfirmed: the final 2027 route, lap counts, elevation, feed stations and intermediate or finish cutoffs have not been established. A verified 2027 course map or GPX is not available in this guide. Check the organiser’s later course and technical instructions before choosing a distance.
Historical: the organiser’s route page and linked English invitation still describe the 2026 edition. They do not establish the final 2027 route, lap counts or distance-switching conditions. For 2027, use the current programme’s 42 km, 21 km and 5 km categories. No old course geometry or map artwork is reproduced.
Conflicting sources: checked 3 November 2026, the organiser’s current programme puts freestyle on Saturday and classic on Sunday, while the registration information page reverses the main styles and retains a Friday sprint description. This guide follows the dated 2027 programme and its 42 km, 21 km and 5 km races; a 2027 Friday sprint is not confirmed.
Choose the distance, technique and day explicitly when entering; the organiser also links a Saturday-plus-Sunday combination entry. Unconfirmed: 2027 minimum ages, remaining capacity and final participant conditions have not been established here. A shorter race is not evidence that the course or arrival is suitable for every skier.

Separate 21 km, 42 km and 5 km entries are listed for the appropriate day and technique, plus a linked two-day combination. Online entry closes on 20 January 2027 at 23:59 local time. The programme lists late entry on 21–24 January through bib collection or the RaceTimePro app; bib-office hours themselves are published only for 22–24 January.. Checked 4 November 2026: the November–December entry fees are EUR 108 for 42 km and EUR 87 for 21 km; from 1 to 20 January they are EUR 110 and EUR 90. The 5 km fee is EUR 25 through 20 January. For 21–24 January, the advertised late-entry base fees are EUR 115/95/30 for 42/21/5 km, with the EUR 5 late-registration surcharge added to each. The resulting entry amounts are EUR 120/100/35 respectively, before any separate payment-processing charge. Unconfirmed: the final checkout total, the Easyrace exemption’s age-versus-birth-year wording and the combination-entry price need checking in registration.

The approximate pin identifies the host town near St Ulrich church, using the photograph’s recorded depicted-place coordinates. It is not the stadium, race start, parking or a step-free approach. The current programme puts bib collection at Langlauf- und Biathlonzentrum Osttirol, Rodarm 25, 9942 Obertilliach, Austria; use that address for venue planning.
The regional tourism source identifies the Obertilliach Biathlonzentrum bus stop and parking at the centre. Unconfirmed: the applicable January 2027 bus timetable, event shuttles, return trips, parking allocation or charges and road controls have not been verified. The organiser’s linked shuttle plan is explicitly for 2026; it is not a booked connection for this race.
Tourism information lists toilets, showers, lockers, a café, ski rental and lessons at or near the Nordic centre. Unconfirmed: race-weekend opening hours, package inclusions and access to these services are not established by the general destination listing. Arrange accommodation through the tourism contact and allow time for bib collection.
