01 / EVENT OVERVIEW

What defines this edition.

The organiser identifies Taseralik Cultural House as the arena and race-office base. Its general format returns participants to camp after the first two days before the final return to Sisimiut. The camp location changes with winter conditions, so preparation requires more than choosing a race distance: plan independent travel, cold-weather equipment and food for the camp stay.

01
Historical course information

Historical: the current route landing page explicitly labels its maps 2025. Those 100 km and 160 km references do not establish the 2027 tracks, drinking stations, ski-removal points, daily distances or camp position. No route artwork is reproduced, traced or used to draw a new course.

02
Programme and registration edition

Historical: the programme page still advertises a 2026 programme, and the pricing terms retain a 26 March 2026 bib-collection meeting. The registration platform’s metadata lists only 2 April, while the organiser explicitly gives 2–4 April 2027. This guide uses the organiser’s three-day range. Unconfirmed: final 2027 meeting, equipment-check and bib-collection times remain unpublished; do not reuse the old timetable.

03
Camp scope and route changes

The camp page says its position depends on snow and weather, and describes finishes there on the first two days. Unconfirmed: an exact accepted 2027 route, camp coordinate, lake-crossing condition, track preparation and spectator access to remote sections are not established. The town pin provides no course navigation or permission to enter unmarked terrain.

04
Genuine archive host photograph

ON SITE

2027 registration reached through the organiser’s homepage and pricing page

. The pricing page labels overseas registration 2027 but mixes DKK package figures, approximate euro conversions and older inclusions. Conflicting sources: its flight overview uses Nuuk on 30 March and 6 April 2027, while package descriptions retain routing via Kangerlussuaq and a gala entry dated April 2026; the terms also say all prices are in euros. Unconfirmed: current package totals, handling charges, flight allocation, remaining capacity, insurance coverage and final cancellation/transfer terms must be checked in the actual registration contract before payment. No guaranteed-price Offer is asserted.

04 / SPECTATOR ACCESS

The pin is not the gate.

OpenStreetMap town node 1913331768 identifies Sisimiut only. This point is not the precise start, finish, camp, airport transfer stop or an accessible approach. Follow the organiser’s final arena and transport instructions.

The organiser lists Taseralik Cultural House as the town arena and race office and describes airport luggage labelling and participant transfers. Unconfirmed: final 2027 transfer departures, independent flight connections, baggage allowances, return journey and accommodation capacity are not established. An advertised package is not a confirmed seat or booking; verify the entire journey before purchase.

The general camp description lists tents, heated shared spaces, water, cabin toilets and a waxing facility. Participants must bring their own food and personal supplies; the crew kitchen is not participant catering. Unconfirmed: final 2027 camp services, tent allocations, food preparation arrangements and any spectator transport remain to be established.

The terms allow participants needing assistance to enter with a registered accompanying guide. Unconfirmed: a complete step-free airport, transfer, arena, toilet and camp journey has not been verified. Contact the organiser about individual needs before booking; a shorter distance does not establish accessible or easy terrain.
