01 / EVENT OVERVIEW

What defines this edition.

Saturday has a separate women’s free-technique ski and an untimed night ski; Sunday combines classic-distance races and children’s activities. The shared host centre does not make their entry conditions, equipment requirements or finish times interchangeable.

Cross-country skiing
01
Final course and snow

Unconfirmed: final 2027 route geometry, exact measured distances, snow conditions, elevation, lap layout and course access are not established. The rules allow the organiser to change, shorten or cancel the race. Ordinary marked centre loops are not supplied as the race route; no fixed GPX or operator course artwork is reproduced.

02
Age and classification conflicts

Conflicting sources: the main rules admit skiers born in 2011 or earlier to 42 km and 2014 or earlier to the short race, with stated written-permission/accompaniment exceptions. Their 17-year class spans 2009–2012 and overlaps the 20-year class at 2009; other listed age bands also overlap or leave gaps. The distance list describes children as 0–8 and 9–12, while the children’s page recommends distance by ability without reconciling eligibility. Confirm the birth year, exception and classification for the chosen entry; no normalized age filter is offered.

03
Bib issue, timing and feeding

The Sunday programme advertises bib collection at the centre 09:00–12:00 and race-day registration 09:00–10:30. Those collection hours extend beyond both race starts: collect your own bib before your start, without assuming late pickup permits a late start. The main rules require correct bib placement, assign selected participants GPS trackers and list three on-course feeding points for 42 km, one for the short race and food at the finish.

04
Cancellation, changes and credit

Conflicting sources: the edition summary says withdrawal or cancellation outside the organiser’s control brings no refund; the main rules also state that cancellation carries 25% of the entry fee forward to the next season. That credit is not a cash refund or travel insurance. Main-race transfer requests must come from the original entrant by 19:00 on the preceding evening; the stated fee is €10 plus any increase for changing to a longer distance. Separate night and women’s terms reserve non-refund on snow/force-majeure cancellation. Confirm the applicable product terms before paying.

05
Saturday services and component limits

Conflicting sources: the edition programme advertises the sauna village 18:00–23:00, while the women’s rules list saunas 17:00–21:00; their childcare and companion activities also have different finishing times. Unconfirmed: the final service entitlement, staffed handover and collection arrangements for your family are not established. Do not treat an advertised activity as a confirmed childcare booking.

The edition programme lists 10 km and 22 km free-technique options with a classic track available. The component rules list bib collection and ski preparation 12:00–15:00 and finish closure 17:45. Saturday · untimed night ski

The VIII night-ski rules advertise 10 km and 22 km options, bib issue from 17:00 and finish closure at 21:00. There is no fastest-finisher classification. Sunday · classic races

The main rules list 42 km at 11:00 and the short classic race at 11:15, with the marathon finish closing at 16:30 and awards at 14:30. Sunday · free children’s skis and ski school

Conflicting sources: the children’s page starts the programme at 11:15, the distance list and main rules say 11:20, and the edition timetable says 11:40. The component advertises 500 m and 2 km loops, either technique, free entry and on-site registration. The edition programme separately lists Limpa ski school at 11:00; confirm the child’s actual start and equipment arrangements.

ON SITE

Published 2027 tariff and public entry landing inspected on 1 November 2026

Separate participant entries; children’s skis advertised free. The main-race table lists 42 km / short-race fees of €35/€30 through 27 January 2027, €45/€40 through 3 February and €60/€50 on race day. Saturday night entry is advertised at €30 through 27 January, then €50; women’s entry at €30 through 3 February, then €50. Conflicting sources: night-rule cash-only payment starts on 4 February, while the edition table says 5 February; the women’s component retains 2026/2025 dates although the edition table uses 2027. Youth/pensioner discount exceptions also differ between summary and rules. Unconfirmed: current entry availability, the final payable total, discount eligibility and checkout fees are not established by the public login/registration landing. Check the selected component’s actual terms.

04 / SPECTATOR ACCESS

The pin is not the gate.

Regional tourism coordinates identify the Pannjärve host centre in Vasavere. The organiser names its ski stadium as start and finish. This point is a planning reference, not a final race course, parking allocation or accessible entrance.

Use the organiser’s Pannjärve sports-centre destination in Vasavere and follow event parking instructions. The edition lists €3 daily parking, matching the host’s general paid zone EP456. The host separately lists resident, charging and accommodation exceptions; do not assume these apply to the race allocation. Unconfirmed: final parking capacity, road controls, event shuttle, the last public-transport connection and a guaranteed return after the 21:00 Saturday finish are not established. Arrange an independently confirmed outward and return journey.

Historical: the Estonian Sports Register’s 4 March 2026 facility record lists one disabled parking space, no ramp with handrails, no lift or stair lift, and zero accessible toilets or showers. These recorded limits do not establish the final event layout. Unconfirmed: a complete step-free journey, accessible spectator sector, adapted participation, temporary facilities and assistance after the finish are not established. Discuss the whole journey with the organiser and host before booking.

The host offers seasonal ski rental from the main building with ID, including a skating-prepared set and a separate skin-ski option. Its normal weekend rental issue ends at 17:00 and service at 18:00. Unconfirmed: race-weekend stock, classic-race suitability, extended hours and after-night-ski return arrangements are not established. Bring confirmed suitable equipment; the children’s ski-school loan offer does not guarantee a particular size. Accommodation and café services need their own confirmed availability.
